Terms of Service Clockwork Dolphin Entertainment, LLC Effective Date: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clockwork and related services provided by Dolphin Entertainment, LLC (“Dolphin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Introduction and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, including the Clockwork logo, steampunk art, Professor Snipes, mechanics, and virtual items (Cogs, cosmetics, etc.), is owned by Dolphin or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights in the Services or virtual items, which are licensed only for use within the Services.
4. User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for your communications and customizations. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify your user content in connection with the Services.
You agree not to:
- Cheat, hack, exploit, or use unauthorized software.
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
- Use offensive content or violate laws.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Services.
- Interfere with multiplayer functionality or other players’ experience.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. In-Game Purchases, Currency, and Subscriptions
Virtual currency and items have no real-world value and are non-transferable. Purchases are processed via platform stores or Xsolla. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Refunds are subject to platform policies.
6. Multiplayer and Third-Party Services
Multiplayer features are powered by Normcore. Your use is also subject to Normcore’s terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolphin Entertainment LLC’s liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion. Upon termination, your license ends, and no refunds are provided except as required by law.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California (details aligned with our service provider agreements such as Xsolla).
10. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
