Account & Progress
- How do I restore my purchases or progress across devices? Log in with your Dolphin Entertainment, LLC account (or the platform-linked account) in Settings. Purchases (Cogs, cosmetics) are tied to your account.
Gameplay & Modes
- Why did my tiles rotate or change? Tiles rotate after the timer expires and carry over highlights/points between players in multiplayer. Used tiles become more valuable over rotations (up to 5 points).
- What’s the difference between Normal and Gears modes? Gears mode adds power-ups for strategic play. Normal focuses purely on word-building and scoring.
- Why didn’t point value go up in Word Search? Word Search currently the only mode in which point value of used tiles does not increase. This is the intended game behavior.
Currency & Purchases
- What are Cogs and Rivets used for?
- Cogs: General currency for avatars, chests, tile sets, backgrounds, and more.
- Rivets: Upgrade and recycle cosmetic items.
- I made a purchase but didn’t receive my items. Check your inventory or restart the app. Most items appear instantly. Contact us with your transaction ID if the issue persists.
Technical Issues
- The game crashes or won’t load. Try force-quitting the app, restarting your device, or reinstalling. Ensure you have the latest version from the App Store.
- Performance on older devices? Clockwork is optimized for a wide range of devices, but closing background apps can help.
